Ivri Verbin

Founder and CEO

Ivri Verbin is the Co-Chairman of the Global Sustainability Committee at Grant Thornton and the founder and CEO of Good Vision, a leading consulting firm for corporate responsibility planning and ESG management. A former advisor to Nobel Peace Prize winner Shimon Peres, Verbin has more than 20 years of proven experience in the corporate responsibility and ESG sector. He advises leading companies on their corporate responsibility practices and has authored two books on the subject: “Corporate Responsibility” published by Matar Publications and “Corporate Responsibility in the Digital Age” published by Routledge Publications.

Prior to founding Good Vision, Verbin served as the Director of Identica’s Israel office, a global strategic branding and consulting company. He also spent 6 years advising for Shimon Peres at Israel’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Regional Cooperation. During this time, he also served as director for special projects for the Peres Center for Peace and took a role in the peace negotiations with Jordan in 1994 and the negotiation with the Palestinian Authority on the interim agreement Oslo Two Accord in 1995.

Ronel Sade

Senior Account Manager

Ronel holds an undergraduate degree (B.A.) in Economics and Management, majoring in Corporate Responsibility, from the Tel Aviv Yaffo Academic College, and a graduate degree (M.A.) in Environmental Studies from the Tel Aviv University Porter School of Environmental Studies. As an account manager, she is responsible for consulting and accompanying private and public companies of different sectors on Corporate Responsibility issues (Corporate Responsibility reports, codes of ethics, community relations, volunteering, etc.). She is also responsible for business collaborations between third sector companies, organizations, and NPO’s, specializing in the environmental field.

Yair Matiash

Senior Client Manager

With nearly 20 years of proven experience, Yair uses his expertise to support leading corporations in their sustainability journey. With comprehensive knowledge of the corporate responsibility and ESG worlds, Yair specializes in facilitating sustainability strategies across organizations and unlocking potential for grassroots strategic implementation. Yair also has vast experience in orchestrating stakeholder dialogue and executing community development projects. Yair holds an M.A. in Public Policy and Administration from the Tel Aviv University and a B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. He is also a graduate of the Heschel Center for Sustainability Fellowship Program and the GRI Corporate Responsibility Reporting Course.

Nogah Seidemann

International Department Manager

Nogah holds an MBA with a focus in Sustainability from the University of Haifa and has a B.S. in Apparel Design with a minor in Environmental Studies from Colorado State University. She founded CSU’s Zero Waste Team and helped develop the student campus waste management strategy. She specializes in environmental and ESG best practices for leading international clients.

Karin Bakshi

Client Manager and Head of the Environmental Department

Karin specializes in consulting leading companies in corporate responsibility, with a specialization on environmental impact. She has vast experience in project management, sustainable R&D, material recycling processes, innovation, and circular economy modules through life cycle analysis (LCA). Karin holds an M.A. in Environmental Studies from Tel Aviv University’s Porter School of Environmental Studies and a B.S. in textile engineering from Shenkar College of Engineering and Design.

Client Manager

May holds an M.A. in Environmental Studies from Tel Aviv University’s Porter School of Environmental Studies. She also has a B.S. in psychology and biology with an emphasis in neuroscience from Tel Aviv University’s Sagol School of Neuroscience. She also

Keren Ben Aroch

Client Manager

With an LLB in law and an LLM in Law and Gender, Keren works as a lawyer to advise leading private and public companies from various sectors. She specializes in promoting gender equality and is also the director of the Mali Association.

Tevel Dekel

Client Manager

Tevel works as part of the environmental team to assist top companies with their sustainability initiatives. Through interviews, data analysis and in-depth company research, he creates corporate responsibility and ESG reports that correspond with international standards such as GRI, SASB, and Integrated Report. Tevel holds a B. A. in Philosophy, Economics and Political Science and has previously served in the Economic Division of the Israeli Ministry of Communication and as a data analyst.

Roy Eshet

Client Manager

Roy specializes in advising leading companies on diversity, equity and inclusion. He has extensive experience in social programs as a former client manager and employer case manager for the government’s Equal Employment program to promote the employment of people with disabilities. Roy graduated with a B.A. in psychology and management from Ben Gurion University.

Alexandra Segal

Climate Analyst

Alexandra has a B.Sc in Physical Geography (International) and a M.Sc in Sustainability and Consultancy from the University of Leeds. She has four years’ experience working in sustainability and climate resilience in global consultancies including Jacobs, WSP and EVORA Global. Alexandra specializes in working with high profile clients to develop their climate resilience solutions, from strategy to application. Over the past two years, Alexandra has been working with clients on their TCFD and Net Zero Carbon journey, future-proofing them against future regulations.

Talia Benson

Environmental Analyst

Talia graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology (B.Sc) from Tel Aviv University and a Masters in Environmental Sciences and Policy (M.Sc) from Johns Hopkins University. She worked with MK Prof. Alon Tal’s team in the 24th Knesset and for the State Comptroller and Ombudsman of Israel’s Environmental Protection and Tourism division. 

Talia specializes in the Environmental field.

Elizabeth Levi

Analyst - International Department

A part of our International Department, Elizabeth has a background in advocacy and journalism. She previously worked at a top international law firm in Boston for 3 years coordinating the firm’s pro bono program and has experience in journalism and visual storytelling. She holds an M.S. in Media Advocacy and a B.A. in Journalism from Northeastern University in Boston.
