Ivri Verbin

Founder and CEO

Holds an undergraduate degree (B.A.) in Political Science from Tel Aviv University and a graduate degree (M.B.A.) in Strategic Management from the University of Bradford, England. Graduate of the International Leadership Program at the UN University in Jordan. Studied sustainability management at Cambridge University, England. Graduate of the Social Entrepreneurship Program at INSEAD, France, graduate of the Heschel Fellowship Program for Sustainability and a directors’ course. Wrote “Corporate Responsibility” published by Matar Publications. Served as head of the Israeli branch of Identica, the British strategic consulting and branding firm. Before then, for 6 years, he served as a consultant for the late Shimon Peres in the Foreign Ministry, Ministry of Regional Cooperation and the Peres Center for Peace.

Serves as a member of a Social Entrepreneurship 360 incubator and on the executive committee of SID for International Development, the Heschel center for Sustainability, Yad LaShiryon Association, Rothschild Caesarea Partnerships and the executive committee of the Peace and Security Council. In addition, he serves as a director at Watersign, a cleantech company and a Lt. Col. In active reserves duty. He is married to Ayelet and a father to Jonathan, Assaf and Alma.

Ronel Sade

Senior Account Manager

Holds an undergraduate degree (B.A.) in Economics and Management, majoring in Corporate Responsibility, from the Tel Aviv Yaffo Academic College, and a graduate degree (M.A.) in Environmental Studies from the Tel Aviv University Porter School of Environmental Studies.

As an account manager, she is responsible for consulting and accompanying private and public companies of different sectors on Corporate Responsibility issues (Corporate Responsibility reports, codes of ethics, community relations, volunteering, etc.). She is also responsible for business collaborations between third sector companies, organizations and NPO’s, specializing in the environmental field.

Mor Stoller, Adv.

Account Manager

Holds an undergraduate degree in Law (LL.B.) and graduate degree (M.B.A.) in Business Administration, majoring in Financing, from the IDC together with the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School Education. Completed a course on corporate responsibility at the Corporate Social Responsibility Institute, The College of Law and Business.

As an account manager, she is responsible for consulting and accompanying private and public companies of different sectors and governmental bodies on Corporate Responsibility issues (Corporate Responsibility reports, codes of ethics, community relations, volunteering, etc.). She is also responsible for business collaborations between third sector companies, organizations and NPO’s. As a lawyer, she is experienced and she specializes in company recovery, debt settlement arrangements, freeze of proceedings, liquidations and bankruptcy in private and public companies.

Valentina Yahanina

International Account Management

Holds an undergraduate degree (B.A.) in Economics from the National Research University in Moscow, Russia. As an international account manager, she prepares corporate responsibility reports and accompanies private and public companies from various sectors and government bodies on Corporate Responsibility issues (Corporate Responsibility reports, codes of ethics, community relations, volunteering, etc.). Responsible for analyzing ESG information for international analysis. Member of the IIRC Report Critique Project panel of experts, specializes in the NGO Grant Competition conducted by the Moscow city council.
